Joiners Arms in national event
CELEBRATING its 45th year, Southampton’s historic Joiners Arms is one of the spots taking part in the nationwide Independent Venue Week.
The Rising and Fever will appear at a special gig on January 31 as part of the scheme, bringing together some of the most relevant, important and historic venues around the country.
Each of the 18 participating venues will host one night over the course of the week as their official Independent Venue Week gig. Artists, promoters, labels and blogs will work with each venue to curate, play and promote live music from some of the most exciting new talent in the country.
The project is also supported across BBC Introducing shows on national radio as well as 40 regional stations.
