Bring me the Horizon, 02 Southampton Guildhall

Bring Me The Horizon put on a thrilling Halloween show for their fans on Saturday as they shown the 02 Southampton Guildhall what to expect in their UK tour this year.

Cambridge band Mallory Knox was the special guests for the night and they certainly didn't look out of place in front of a sold out venue.

Mallory Knox are no strangers to Southampton having headlined Takedown Festival earlier this year that was held at the university.

The band, who has appeared on BBC Radio One, played their hit songs 'Shout at the Moon' and 'Lighthouse' which really got the crowd in the mood for the main event

With Bring me the Horizon's new album 'That's the Spirit' reaching number 2 in the Album charts in the UK, it was no wonder why the event sold out so quickly.

Lead singer Ollie Sykes kicked off the night with mainly songs from the band's 'Sempiternal' album that was released in 2013.

Songs from that included some of their well known ones such as 'Can You Feel My Heart' and 'Shadow Moses'.

There was as a fair few fans that dressed up for the occasion seeing it was Halloween as well heavy rockers who weren't shy to be a part of a mosh or circle pits.

The Sheffield based band also played songs of their new album including 'Throne' and 'Happy Song' that really got the crowd going.

After more than an hour from their set It appeared to have finished however like most successful bands there was an encore and it included the hit song 'Drown'.

The lighting throughout the evening was truly an amazing spectacle for fans.

The night ended with confetti being pumped into the crowd to give something to remember on an unforgettable night in Southampton.
