TICKETS for the impressive International Concert Series for 2009 – 2010 at The Anvil in Basingstoke have gone on sale.
Some of the world’s great orchestras, conductors and soloists come to Basingstoke along with Anvil Arts’ three associated orchestras – the London Mozart Players, the Philharmonia and the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
Highlights of the series include a 70th birthday celebration for Sir James Galway and a new Principal Conductor for the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
The series runs from October to June 2010.
Other visitors include the Czech Philharmonia Orchestra, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Moscow State Symphony Orchestra and the Philharmonia Orchestra.
