ATHLETE follow the release of their moving new single Black Swan Song with a Southampton University date.
Expect plenty of live tracks from the Ivor Novello-winning four piece’s fourth album Black Swan.
The South Londoners have sold more than a million copies of their three hit albums and topped the UK album and airplay charts.
Frontman Joel Pott, bassist Carey Willetts, Stephen Roberts on drums, keyboard player Tim Wanstall and new live guitarist Jonny Pilcher of Weevil will rock the uni tomorrow night.
Friends since the age of fourteen, Athlete took their wide ranging influences such as Grandaddy and The Flaming Lips and started jamming.
The band have since released the successful albums Vehicles & Animals, Tourist and Beyond the Neighbourhood.
