Retro music lovers should be ready to snap up tickets for two major gigs which will take them back in time as they go on sale this week.

The Happy Mondays have confirmed dates for an 18-night tour kicking off in Southampton on November 5.

The tour celebrates the 25th anniversary of their album Pills 'N' Thrills And Bellyaches.

Meanwhile, in complete contrast to the lattter, we have the clean-cut Irish boyband and 90s favourites Boyzone performing at the home of Hampshire cricket on August 1.

Ronan Keating, Keith Duffy, Shane Lynch and Mikey Graham will be giving fans a dose of nostalgia as they headline the Ageas Family Festival, performing hits including Love Me For A Reason, Words and No Matter.
