David Beckham has revealed that he's not interested in fame or money.

The footballing ace, who is estimated to be worth £160 million, told Elle UK that he was not motivated by cash, saying: "I never thought about the money, the fame. It never interested me and it doesn't interest me now.

"None of that has ever excited me."

The former England captain added that he and wife Victoria keep out of each other's business.

He said: "I think it was always important for Victoria to do her own thing."

David features in an 11-page spread for the women's fashion magazine, on sale tomorrow.
