EXPECT harmonies aplenty in Southampton’s WestQuay this weekend – and next.
Pop and rock choir Vox Pop Choir, pictured, will be singing inside the John Lewis Store to raise money for the Earl Mountbatten Hospice.
With singers from Fareham, Southampton and the Isle of Wight, they will be the first choir to be allowed inside the store to sing. They will be performing on Saturday between 1pm and 2pm and again the following Saturday at the same time.
Their concert stage will be on the first floor among the sales of furniture looking out into the glass atrium, escalators and magical Christmas decorations.
Performing their usual range of classic chart songs along with seasonal favourites, the choir are aiming to stop shoppers in their tracks with their harmonious sounds and choreography and hoping they will give generously to the charity.
