THE hugely popular Big Bournemouth Beer Festival returns to Bournemouth International Centre for the Easter weekend. There’s something for everyone at this year’s festival with traditional real ales and ciders, novelty and seasonal beers.
The BIC has announced Hot Rocks as their official sponsor and Wave 105 their official radio partner for this The 8th Big Bournemouth Beer Festival.
Stewart Parker, Group Executive Head Chef for BH Live has crafted a beer inspired menu full of all your favourites – smokehouse brisket chilli and Kansas City style pulled pork alongside hearty pies (to name just a few). Perfect for soaking up those pints.
There are ticketed sessions on Friday and Saturday and the admission price includes a souvenir beer glass, tasting guide and £1.50 worth of drinks vouchers. You can purchase your additional drinks vouchers in advance with your tickets or whilst you’re at the event.
The Friday and Saturday sessions include live music from some of the best local talent;
Friday (Evening) - The Jimmy Hillbillies
Saturday 26 (Lunchtime) - The Floaters
Saturday 26 (Evening) – The Vintage Dogs
The weekend ends with the famous ‘Sup-up Sunday’. A non-ticketed session with no admission fee and the Gigs and Rigs open Mic. This is the final session and all beer must go!
