FOLLOWING on from the success of Polo at Marriners last year, the organising committee, led by David Cowley, former national chairman of Pony Club Polo, will be re-staging the event this year.
Taking place on Sunday May 27, the beautiful private polo ground at Marriners Farm in Bramdean will once again host a glittering match put together by Alan Kent, comprising two teams of the hottest polo stars in the UK today.
Max Charlton, Richard Le Poer, Jack Richardson, John Kent, Nick Pepper, Lanto Sheridan, George Meyrick and Billy Jackson Stops will return to battle it out in a rare opportunity to see some of the best young English professionals playing together in the same match.
The day will also feature an exciting warm up game between promising young members of the Pony Club, preceded by a parade of the Hampshire Hunt hounds.
Other attractions include an assembly of vintage Rolls-Royces, a mix of trade stands and a bouncy castle.
Gates open at 1pm. The title sponsor is Hattingley Valley Wines. For details, visit poloatmarriners.com
