RESEARCH from a pet insurance company has revealed just how much people in Hampshire love to talk to their furry companions.
Vetsure’s study revealed that two thirds of animal owners admit to talking to their pet regularly and a further 30 per cent of people would most likely confide or seek comfort from their pet on a daily basis.
Founder of Vetsure Pet Insurance, Ashley Gray, said: “Vetsure has always known that pets offer affectionate companionship and unconditional love to their owners.
“But these results show that for some people the role of the pet can be even more important and their absence could result in loneliness.”
