NEW council offices in the New Forest will receive the royal seal of approval next Monday.

The Duke of Kent, pictured, will officially open the Ringwood Gateway complex, which was completed earlier this year.

His one-hour visit will include a tour of the multi-million pound building, followed by the opening ceremony.

Ringwood Gateway is used by three local authorities – Ringwood Town Council, New Forest District Council and Hampshire County Council.

β€œThe new public services hub brings together the services of the three councils in an efficient and cost-effective way,” said a district council spokesman.
