A SOUTHAMPTON personal trainer has urged residents to donate their calorific chocolate and biscuit gifts to the county’s most vulnerable residents.
Gen Levrant, pictured, of Faster Global personal training at the Ageas Bowl, is collecting donations to drop off at the Salvation Army on Christmas Eve.
She said: “Just think what a box of chocolates or tin of biscuits would mean to a family who can barely afford basic food. It’s a bit of a no-brainer and the response from my clients so far has been phenomenal – they have donated very generously.”
