Free steak. So what’s the problem? If cows didn’t want to get run over they should stop coming out on to the road or alternatively, very politely ask the humans that are supposed to be looking after them to build a fence. Then again, free steak!

If you bunch of comedians think the death of a New Forest animal is a chance for hilarity then you should be ashamed of yourself.
As usual some idiot was driving through the forest without regard to the surroundings and someones animal suffered as a result.
Always remember if they coudnt miss a cow then they would certainly not miss running over a child, not so funny now is it?

here here geoff51 im all for a laugh but not at the expenseof an animal death, as long as people continue to speed in the new forest animals dont stand a chance, animals are not well known for road sense, dont blame the animals blame the speed of vehicles, people know there animals in the new forest duh

I think accidents like this could be avoided if any cow wanting to cross a road simply sounded it's horn.
