HAMPSHIRE County Council, Eastleigh Borough Council and local bus operators want to hear Hiltingbury residents’ views as part of a consultation following changes to services in the area.

The C1 and C2 commercial bus service was withdrawn by Velvet in November last year and since then the two councils have been funding temporarily a service between Hiltingbury and the Fryern Arcade, called the C3/C4.

The county council wants to know what people in Hiltingbury think are the most useful features of their bus services and what changes would cause least inconvenience. Email environment.bus.review@hants.gov.uk or ring 01962 846921 by February 15.
