Headstones vandalised at cemetery
HEADSTONES and memorials have been vandalised at a Southampton cemetery.
Four headstones were kicked over or damaged at Holybrook Cemetery on Tremona Road.
Police are now appealing for anyone who has any information about what happened to contact officers.
Police Community Support Officer Tracey Cullen said: “We need to hear from witnesses to the damage or anyone with knowledge about who would commit such a disrespectful and upsetting act of vandalism.”
Anyone with information about the damage that was discovered on January 22 is asked to contact PCSO Cullen at the Shirley Safer Neighbourhoods Team on 101.
