Five stars for pub’s hygiene
A PUB in Shirley has been recognised for having the highest standards of hygiene.
The Bright Water Inn, in Shirley Road, Southampton, which is part of the Wetherspoon chain, was awarded the top five-star rating by council inspectors.
The rating was given as part of the Scores on the Doors programme, which highlights hygiene standards in pubs, clubs and restaurants across the borough, recording their results online at scoresonthedoors.org.uk.
