A TOP trio have taken the helm at a Michelin starred Hampshire restaurant.
The Terrace Restaurant, at the Montagu Arms Hotel in Beaulieu, is already a favourite with diners but it is hoped the addition of two new experienced restaurateurs will create the ultimate dining experience.
Pierre Rizet Mosser, who has previously worked with top French chef Marc Meneau, has been appointed restaurant manager and David Kubler joins the team as head sommelier, having worked at other Michelin starred establishments.
Head chef Matthew Tomkinson – pictured with Pierre and David – said: “The wealth of knowledge both Pierre and David are able bring to the Terrace is second to none. Having both worked extensively in top Michelin starred restaurants, I am looking forward to working with them and developing ideas on how we can further enhance the dining experience we provide.”
