Hampshire's naked rambler has found himself facing court once again after his lack of clothes sparked numerous calls to police.

Stephen Gough  was arrested in Shawford Road, Shawford, on Friday afternoon following calls from members of the public who reported seeing a man walking naked in the area.

The 53-year-old, of Chamberlayne Road, Eastleigh, was charged with a public order offence and is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on March 14.

Gough only walked free from court in Oxford earlier this month after charges of outraging public decency against him were dropped.

He was walking naked from the Scottish border to his mother’s home in Eastleigh when he was arrested in Carterton, West Oxfordshire, on December 4, last year.
