WI enjoyed period costume talk
MEMBERS of Bramshaw WI were given a talk about women in the 1940s.
Guest speaker Jane Glennie dressed in period costume and adopted the persona of Mrs Cox, a wartime housewife who had to cope with rationing and a shortage of cosmetics.
