ONE of the main beauty trends for Spring/Summer 2013 was colour – pops on the cheeks, lips and eyes.

This trend is ideal for a fun festival beauty look. It’s all about bright colours like greens and blues for the eyes. I suggest popping colour on the middle of top lid, discreetly so you don't see it all of the time, but it’s there, and it’s cool!

Bright Fuchsia lips are also the perfect summer staple.

I love the Revlon ColorStay Ultimate Suede Lipsticks as they last all day and I can also use them as a lipstick and a cheek cream.

Keeping the skin very luminous and fresh as opposed to powdery and “feeling the foundation”. Keep highlighting to a minimum and just use a pearly highlighter on the inner tear duct and a touch on the cheekbones.

To prevent your skin from getting shiny during the day without re-applying more powder, I suggest using a mattifying primer on your T-Zone before applying moisturiser and makeup and then rice paper, or blotting papers, throughout the day.
