A NEW Neighbourhood Watch scheme is being planned to keep a watchful eye over a city’s major new waterside development.
Beat officers will hold talks about setting it up with Radian Housing association, who have homes as part of the Centenary Quay scheme which is adding hundreds of new homes to the Woolston district of Southampton.
