A SOUTHAMPTON man was found in a house with a 14-year-old girl which contravened a court order.

Judge Peter Ralls QC heard Harry Grayson had been jailed for five years with an extended licence in 2010 after forming a relationship with another 14-year-old.

The court also made a sexual offences prevention order banning him from getting into contact with a girl under 15.

Prosecutor Nicholas Rowland said shortly after his release from prison, Grayson became involved with a 17-year-old and went to her home in Bath where her 14-year-old sister was living. On occasions he was left alone with the girl in contravention of the order, and had since been recalled to prison for breaching his licence.

Grayson, 24, of Simnel Street, Southampton, admitted breaching the order and was jailed for four weeks.
