Gosport MP Caroline Dinenage has beeing crowned a new commerce champion by Prime Minister David Cameron.

The Conservative member has been appointed as one of 12 Small Business Ambassadors as part of Mr Cameron’s new initiative to galvanise trade.

She is responsible for promoting small business across the region and draws on 20 years experience as a business owner and her work in regenerating the Gosport peninsula.

She said: “I will always speak up for small business and work hard to help our hugely talented entrepreneurs flourish into the successes I know they can be.”
