Former children's home could help homeless people
A FORMER children’s home could become temporary accommodation for homeless people.
Southampton City Council wants to convert the vacant building in Selborne Avenue into 11 self-contained flats.
The council’s planning panel will decide on the application at a meeting tomorrow.
