Woman killed in collision
A WOMAN died in a crash between two cars on the Isle of Wight.
The 28-year-old from Totland was taken to hospital after the incident in Yarmouth, but died from her injuries.
Emergency crews were called at 9.38pm on Friday to the scene on the A3054, after the red Citroen Xsara and blue Daihatsu Quore had collided. The driver of the other vehicle, a 26-year-old man from Newport, was treated in hospital. Police said his injuries are not serious.
