A FORMER healthcare building in Southampton could be knocked down and replaced with flats.
City councillors will tomorrow decide whether to approve plans for the site in Archers Road.
Developer Orchard Homes wants to tear down the current, two-storey building and replace it with a new three-storey construction.
It would contain ten two-bedroom flats, while the site would also contain three two-storey houses and a bungalow.
