Flats proposed
A SOUTHAMPTON house could be turned into flats.
Peter Basra’s plan to convert the property in Devonshire Road will be heard by the city council’s planning panel tomorrow. His proposal is to add a mixed two-storey and one-storey extension to the house to convert it into one three-bedroom, one twobedroom and one studio flat.
