Man in court after allegedly breaching sex offence orders
A SOUTHAMPTON man faced seven charges of breaching a sexual offences prevention order by talking to children when he appeared at the city crown court.
Roy Cooper, 46, of Atherley Road, was further remanded in custody until next month.
