HAMPSHIRE firefighters are set to strike yet again as their bitter row with the Government continues.
Crews will walk out on November 13 after the Fire Brigade’s Union (FBU) annou-nced a fourth strike on pensions.
They will take to the picket line between 10am and 2pm across England and Wales as the dispute with Westminster rumbles on.
The union has also announced the start of a further ballot for other forms of industrial action, which will close on December 4.
It follows three days of action over recent weeks with firefighters from Hampshire taking part.
FBU General Secretary Matt Wrack said: “Although we still hope the Government returns to negotiations, our members have told us that they are prepared for a long, hard campaign.
“As a result we are now balloting for further forms of industrial action.”
Hampshire fire bosses have sent out warnings to residents as industrial action continues to take place.
They have been told to fit working smoke alarms and remain extra vigilant during the strike action.
