Attempted break-in
A REAR window was smashed when a would-be burglar tried to get into a Hampshire property.
However, the attempted break-in, in Western Way, Gosport, failed and nothing was taken.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the attempted burglary, which happened sometime between 6.45pm and 11.45pm last Tuesday, or anyone with information to come forward.
