Flood warnings in force for Southampton and Hampshire

  • Exceptionally high tide came between 11.15am and 12.15pm in Hampshire
  • Wet few weeks mean the tide exacerbated problems
  • Flood waters now causing problems for drivers with many roads under water

    Just hope it will not get pass the rail tracks if it do then the lower part of Redbridge will be flooded

    don't bother phoning your caring Southampton City Council for help if you are a pensioner and been told by the environment agency that you are a risk of your home flooding , a simple request for help with sandbags was met with, 'your on your own' .
