A WOMAN motorist had to be cut from her car by firefighters after crashing on a country road in the New Forest last night.

She was in one of two cars in collision in Hampton Lane, Holbury, at 9.20pm.

Eleven firefighters from Beaulieu and Hardley fire stations spent part in the rescue operation and stayed at the scene for more than 30 minutes.
