EVER wondered why buses do not always run on time? Next week Southampton residents will have the chance to find out at First Hampshire’s first-ever online “Meet the Managers” event.
Between 5pm and 7pm on Monday, customers can raise issues with the company’s top brass via Facebook and Twitter.
Among those answering the questions will be managing director Marc Reddy, general manager Chrissie Bainbridge and Southampton business manager Chris Chester.
Mr Reddy said: “We are now making increasing use of social media such as Twitter and Facebook to interact with our customers. This enables them to find out more about their local bus company, give us feedback about how we are doing or who want to alert us to real-time incidents affecting their journeys.”
