Drugs charges after police search van
TWO men have been charged with drug offences after police stopped and searched their van near Romsey.
They are 24-year-old Shane Saunders and Jonathan Townsend, both of Parkside in Totton.
Their vehicle was stopped as it pulled out of Belbins Business Park early on Tuesday morning.
Townsend was also charged with theft of metal.
Both are due to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on January 29.
