Call to join in games events
THEY are hosting two events as they plan to get the community moving this summer.
Community Games events, inspired by London 2012, will be held in cities across the country and Friends of St James Park hope to stage one in Southampton with help from the Southampton City District Scouts.
The events aim to bring communities together to take part in sporting and cultural activities.
Those interested in getting involved in the event are invited to attend an open day from 6-8pm tomorrow or from 11am-3pm on Saturday at the ParkLife Cafe.
