A SOUTHAMPTON teenager, who admitted two robberies, was released on bail knowing a probable prison sentence awaits him on his return.
βHe knows the likely outcome will be adverse,β remarked defence barrister Chris Stopa at the city crown court.
Desmond Vanzyl, 18, of Chiltern Green, pleaded guilty to robbing a man of a mobile phone and his hat and robbing a woman of her mobile phone and three memory cards.
He will be sentenced after the trial of a co-accused in April.
