AMBULANCE crews dropped in at a Hampshire school – after two pupils won a competition.
Youngsters at Fair Oak Junior School were treated to a first aid session when staff from South Central Ambulance Service came to visit.
It came after pupils Phoebe Moulton and Jo-Jo Muenprom won the Trust’s Name the Bear competition for which they came up with a name – “999 Ted” – and picture for the service’s new mascot.
They beat hundreds of other youngsters across the south to win the award, aimed at getting young people more interested in their ambulance service.
