Offices to be converted to flats
OFFICES to the rear of a Southampton shop are set to be converted into a flat.
The city council has approved plans to knock down the disused offices and store at the rear of Winchcombe Power Tools.
The site on Wimpson Lane in Maybush now has permission for a two-bedroom flat with an amenity space.
