SOUTHAMPTON schoolchildren are being challenged to design a sign urging people not to smoke in play areas.
Southampton City Council’s public health team is inviting pupils from years five and six to take part in the competition, which will see the winning poster used citywide.
All schools in the city will be sent information about how to enter. The deadline for entries is March 1.
