Suspected arsonist in court over house fire
A Southampton man made a brief appearance in court, following a fire at a house in Woolston last August.
Daniel Barton, 25, was accused of damaging by fire a curtain and interior decoration in a basement flat in Lake Road with intent to endanger the life of Stephen Pharoah and Marie Dare.
Barton had bail extended to appear at the city Crown Court again on May 9.
