A DEMENTIA charity has launched its first awards to celebrate those who have helped to improve the lives of those with the condition in Hampshire.
The Alzheimer’s Society is looking for people across the county to nominate people, businesses, schools and organisations who have made life better for people with dementia and their families.
The Dementia Friendly Awards has seven categories and the winners will be announced in May.

The deadline for entries is March 28.
