Major delays on Hampshire motorway after crach
MAJOR tailbacks are building up this afternoon after an accident closed Hampshire’s busiest motorway.
Three lanes of the northbound M3 were shut because of an accident near junction 13. All lanes have now been opened but drivers are being warned of delays with building up as far as back as the M27.
