HUNDREDS of people have taken to the streets of Southampton today in protest over the conflict in Gaza.
Chants of "Free Palestine" can be heard across the city centre as people make their voices heard over the ongoing crisis.
Hundreds of people have lost their lives in the conflict between Israel and Palestinians.
The Southampton demo marched from the Guildhall before ending at the BBC South headquarters.
Today’s protest saw significantly more protestors taking part in the march than a similar one on Tuesday.
Abdullah Catell, who organised the demo, said: "We are praying all the time for these people.
"We need to unite everyone, from all different political parties and faiths.
"This is not a lone protest - this is the start of a movement."
