Thousands of people are invited to head down to a Southampton city centre park tomorrow for an annual children’s play day.
A petting farm, a fire engine, giant board games and street dancing are taking place at Hoglands Park from 10am to 2pm as part of the annual Southampton Children’s Play Day.
Organised by Southampton Children’s Play Association the day will see African drumming, songs and stories as well as a bike doctor making smoothies with their bicycle.
As part of the event a giant flag will be waved during the parade to celebrate 50 years of Southampton’s city status.
