A SOUTHAMPTON hotel that has just undergone a multimillion pound refurbishment is bringing in a new executive head chef.

The Grand Harbour Hotel has appointed Alex Naylor to oversee a food revolution at the iconic waterfront hotel.

He will have the chance to bring his own menus to the two restaurants called the Boardwalk and Hamtun Atrium Bar, and it comes after Grand Harbour Hotel underwent a £4m revamp.
