AN inflatable assault course and quad biking were among the fun on offer for youngsters.

The Access All Areas session at Stubbington Recreation Ground saw teenagers get the chance to also get temporary henna tattoos, try out gladiator-style jousting, play football, take part in pamper sessions, try out cake decorating and enjoy a free barbecue.

Access All Areas is a scheme devised by Fareham and Winchester Community Safety Partnerships giving free activities to 11 to 17-year-olds living or going to school in Faream and Winchester. It runs in the summer holidays for two weeks at various venues in the two areas and ends today.

The last event called Westival is the finale and runs at Meadowside in Whiteley from 5pm to 9pm, featuring an inflatable assault course, photo booth, music, skate jam, zorbing, henna tattoos, pamper sessions, cake decorating and a barbecue.
