Saddle up for cycling event
A THIRTEEN-MILE cycle event will take in some of Hampshire’s finest shoreline.
Starting at the Bargate in Southampton at 10am on Sunday, the free SkyRide event will head across Itchen Bridge and then down to Weston, along the shoreline via the Royal Victoria Country Park in Netley, down to Hamble, and back again.
The route will take about 90 minutes to complete.

The Lepe Loop and Lunch event will be followed by a hot meal in the cafe, and is open to all walkers.
Tickets for the event on Wednesday, September 17, cost £9.50 and can be bought from www3.hants.gov.uk.
