Motorway shuts after caravan overturns
AN OVERTURNED caravan has forced the closure of one lane of a Hampshire motorway this lunchtime.
The caravan, which was being towed by a car, was in collision with a green Land Rover Discovery, causing it to crash onto its side between junction 4 and junction 3 of the M27.
The collision happened just before 11.30am and the caravan is now on the hard shoulder, but lane one on the westbound carriage remains closed as the vehicle awaits recovery.
No one was injured in the incident.
