The Metropolitan Police said the force is one 16 constabularies across the UK to provide specialist resources and support in the search for the 14-year-old.
Alice was last seen on a towpath near the Grand Union Canal in west London five weeks ago.

The RAF is also helping in the massive search for the teenager by providing aerial analysis to identify potential areas of interest to officers.
