Man charged following burglary and assault
A MAN has been charged following a burglary and assault during the early hours of the morning.
Clive Franks, of Milton Road, in Portsmouth, has been charged with actual bodily harm, trespass with intent to commit a sexual offence, sexual assault and burglary other than dwelling.
The 43-year-old is due to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates court on Thursday, November 20.
It follows incident in a home in Havant at about 3.15am on Friday, November 14.
